The Global Innovation Index (GII) is a key benchmark for measuring a country’s innovation performance. It provides detailed indicators of the effectiveness of innovation, using approximately 80 indicators for almost 130 economies and thus covers 93% of the world’s population and 98% of the world’s gross domestic product. GII is a mechanism established and used as a key strategic tool for innovation management worldwide.

Prof. Silvia Ilieva, Director of the GATE Institute, will participate in a discussion with representatives of the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems and will comment on the role of data in smart decision-making. Daniel Lorer, Minister of Innovation and Growth, will welcome the forum.
