At a special meeting with them, the director of the GATE Institute, Prof. Silvia Ilieva presented the goals of the Institute, its research and application areas, as well as the system of values ​​that are expected to be shared by all employees.

In order to integrate these values ​​and get to know each other, the newly appointed young researchers participated in a team-building exercise through which they introduced themselves  to the others.

The management of the Institute plans to organise regular team-building meetings in the future and to make them a tradition.
