Master’s graduates will be able to work effectively as data analysts and engineers, experts in machine learning and natural language processing, data scientists.

“The dynamic development of technologies leads to the need for a new type of specialists who have the necessary qualifications, skills and experience, here and now, to apply and manage the development of the artificial intelligence for the benefit of people in areas important to society, such as healthcare, education. sustainable urban environment, and development of various types of industries and businesses,” emphasized  Prof. Sylvia Ilieva, the Director of GATE.

In addition to lecture courses by leading Bulgarian and international scientists and experts in the field of big data, the Master’s program “Big Data Technologies” includes also work on real practical cases and projects in innovative laboratories and a big data platform. Within three semesters, future masters will gain professional competence and skills in data management, data processing and development of various systems based on big data and artificial intelligence.
