GATE is one of the five Bulgarian organisations participating in the 25th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF). It takes place in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, from November 15 to 19, 2023. Participants from more than 100 countries and regions are exhibiting their cutting-edge products and technologies on the record-breaking 500,000 square meter exhibition area.
Radostin Mitkov, a junior researcher at GATE, is tasked with presenting the work of the Institute in the “Future Cities” application area and more specifically the achievements of the “City Digital Twin” project, as well as establishing contacts with potential partners.
The Bulgarian participation in the largest and most influential technological exhibition in China is due to the Bulgarian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The other Bulgarian representatives at the exhibition are the companies Amarant (Software for cars), Bulgarian Wine Producers AD and Europe Online Trade AD (a BSE-registered company in the field of electronic commerce, autonomous systems for tractors and investments). There are also companies with online participation.
