She holds a master’s degree in “Electronics” from the Technical University – Sofia and a doctorate in “Informatics – Computer Systems and Technologies”. Since 2002, she has been an associate professor, and since 2012 – a professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”. Her research interests are in the fields of software platforms, data management, software processes, software engineering for artificial intelligence. She has led the development teams of the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Software Engineering in accordance with ACM / IEEE recommendations, as well as more than 200 master’s theses. She has successfully participated in over 20 European research projects.
