Evgeniy Shirinyan is an architect with a Master’s degree in Architecture, specializing in “Residential and Public Buildings,” awarded by the Moscow Architectural Institute (State Academy).

He has extensive experience in urban planning and research, focusing on the integration of GIS and BIM technologies to optimize urban planning and design. He is actively engaged in research activities centered on utilizing modern digital tools for the analysis and development of urban environments. As a lecturer, Evgeniy shares his expertise and knowledge with students, encouraging innovative approaches in architecture and urbanism.
